              Cardio Challenge 

              In honor of Heart Health Month, HealthWorks is inviting everyone to support the American Heart Association, by participating in our Cardio Challenge event on Feb. 25, 2018.  The event will feature three cardio classes:
              • step;
              • kickboxing; and,
              • spin/indoor cycle.
              ​This awesome cardio event is open to the public, and participants can come for one, two, or all three cardio classes and then enjoy a to go/take home dinner from Mancinos.  Tickets are available at HealthWorks or through Farm Girl Fitness.  Cost per ticket is $20 in advance or $25 at the door.
