               The June event features the ISBDC (Indiana Small Business Development Center), who will give a brief talk on the theme of Employee Retention.  Their topic is: Keeping Your People - Understanding, Appreciating, and Retaining your Employees.
              In an attempt to help you take care of your most valuable resource (your people!), this session will discuss the DISC personality style profile and the (5) languages of workplace appreciation.


              This is a continuation of the Chamber's bi-monthly Business Roundtable meetings to provide a one-hour networking and business education session during your lunch break.  Arrive early to start on lunch.  The program starts at 12 Noon and our event adjourns at 1:00 p.m. -- sharp!
              Cost is only $5 for Chamber members and their guests and includes lunch.  Special thanks to our event sponsor: Wayne Bank.
