              HealthWorks will be hosting FREE WEEK, January 13-19

              Make fitness a part of your "healthy you" New Year's Resolutions.  This is your opportunity to sample the various group fitness classes -- there are two awesome Silver Sneakers programs available for our seniors!
              Plenty of treadmills, weights, and other floor routines to give you a start!  Talk with one of HealthWorks staff to see which classes or workouts can benefit you.  Even better...try them ALL -- it's FREE week!
