              NEW TEACHERS' LUNCHEON                                       
              Sponsored by:  the Fayette County Chamber of Commerce and Member Businesses  

              Chamber members are invited to sponsor new teachers entering the Fayette County School Corporation for the 2019/20 school year.  This Chamber luncheon is held on the final day of the new teachers' three-day orientation provided by the FCSC.  Each $30 sponsorship provides lunch for one new teacher and their business host.  This coming school year will bring 27-30 newly hired teachers to our school district (School Corporation will update our office with their hiring count).  Please call the Chamber of Commerce office if you would like to participate and attend this lunch event.
              • Area businesses are also encouraged to provide goodie-bag items for the "teacher treats" which will be handed out at the luncheon on August 1.  You do not need to be a "host" to have your business gift included in the teachers' goodie bags.

              There are a limited number of new teachers hired for the school year -- so business sponsorships are on a first come basis.
