              Topic:  New OVERTIME PAY RULE:  What your business needs to know!

              A new federal overtime rule is set to dramatically increase the number of workers eligible for overtime pay by increasing the current salary threshold by more than 100 percent.  Employers must come into compliance with this new requirement by year's end.  What exactly does this mean for your business?  Mike Ripley, Indiana State Chamber of Commerce, will explain how your organization can best implement the new federal overtime regulations in this interactive discussion.  This Regional Legislative Roundtable is supported by the following Chambers of Commerce:  Cambridge City, Fayette County, Rush County, Union County, Franklin County, and Wayne County Area.  Reciprocity is extended to all members for this event.
