              LifeStream Seeking Nominations for Golden Hoosier Award

              Do you know a special older adult who goes above and beyond in volunteering for his or her community? LifeStream invites you to nominate this special individual for the LifeStream Golden Hoosier Award. The top 50 nominees will be honored at a tea ceremony on April 29 in New Castle.  The winner of the 2019 award will be announced at this event.  Then, the recipient of LifeStream’s award will then be nominated for the State of Indiana’s Golden Hoosier Award, which is the highest honor a senior can receive in Indiana.
