              TICKET SALES END JANUARY 18 for
              Chamber of Commerce's ANNUAL DINNER & AWARDS BANQUET
              sponsored by United Way of Fayette County
               
              Connersville, Indiana - There is one week left for the community to purchase their tickets for the Fayette County Chamber Annual Dinner & Awards Banquet.  This year's event will be held on Thursday, February 1, 2018, at Expo Hall, 2690 N. Park Road.
              The event begins at 5:30pm with the FCN Bank Opening Reception.   Fried chicken and ribs dinner, catered by C&T Catering begins at 6:30pm, followed by United Way sponsored keynote speaker, Bill Benner, Sr Vice President of Pacers Sports & Entertainment. 
               
              The final segment of Chamber's Annual Dinner is the public announcement and awarding of four distinctive recognitions.  Through nominations submitted by the community, four individuals or area businesses will be awarded for their outstanding contributions or achievements in the following categories:
              • Humanitarian/Service
              • Beautification
              • Small Business/Entrepreneur
              • Citizen of the Year
               
              This awards dinner is open to the public.  According to Chamber director, Gertrud Whitaker, the Chamber Diplomats, a committee of Chamber member business representatives, have been busy with preparations to make this an event that all our honored guests, business members, and community will enjoy.  Tickets are $40 per person and can be purchased online (fayetteINchamber.com), at the Chamber office, or by mailing a check, payable to the Fayette County Chamber of Commerce, 504 N. Central Avenue, Connersville, IN 47331, by January 18.  Please call the Chamber at (765) 325-6351 if you need additional information.
