Every Child Matters 5K Run/Walk

Our 2nd annual Every Child Matters-Fayette County 5K will be held in Roberts Parks.  We are working to raise awareness about child abuse and neglect and ways to prevent it.  Children may register free at the time of the event with their parents.  Families are encouraged to participate in the 5K.  Registration begins at 7 am and the race will begin at 8 am.  Beginning at 830 am we will have a resource fair to provide information to participants and families about community resources our area has to offer and the Eagle Riders 1065 will be hosting a pancake breakfast.  Award presentations will be held at 9 am.  We will also be hosting a Silly Safari and Connersville Police Department K9 demonstration beginning at 930 am.  The event will be held rain or shine.  Some activities will be held indoors.
