Event Description:Reid Health to host job fair Aug. 16
Reid Health Human Resources will conduct an on-campus career fair from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 16, in Lingle Hall.
Calista Robinson, Employment Specialist, said the fair is designed to showcase the many departments of the hospital and outpatient offices, and also illustrate the varied opportunities available. “Various departments from Reid Health and Reid Health Physician Associates will be on hand with booths to offer information about their departments, current openings and the types of skills required,” Robinson said.
The health system averages from 130 to 160 openings in a typical month, she said.
This will be the first Reid Health Career Fair. Robinson said the fair represents a creative way to reach job seekers with information about opportunities at Reid Health, including some that people generally may not realize are available.
“Our goal will be to showcase the various hospital departments and outpatient offices,” she said, noting that all departments – both clinical and non-clinical – will be represented.
