              "March Madness" BOOTCAMP!

              Please join ACE certified group fitness instructor, Tara Henry-Madden, for this basketball themed boot camp.
              The class will feature some skills and drills, a little circuit work, and some agility and balance exercises.  It promises to provide both a great cardio and strength interval style workout with options for those of all fitness levels.  The class will be held at Healthworks.
              It is free to HW members and $5 for non members.
