              LifeStream Medicare Part D Mid-Enrollment Blitz Day

              ​The event will offer those who are in need of assistance regarding Medicare Part D - the Medicare prescription drug benefit which helps subsidize the costs of both prescription drugs and insurance premiums for those drugs for Medicare enrollees - by providing free consultations with Indiana State Health Insurance Program counselors.
